Glad you have the code set up. To get it to pop up in a new page which captures the url you want to add to delicious you will need to edit the bookmarklet above. The javascript in this bookmarklet captures the URL and title of the page you are on when you click and pops up the page with the posting form in it. You will need to edit the link in the bookmark to be to your server if you want to use your copy of the tool.
